I consent to audio recording for medical documentation purposes. The recording will be automatically deleted within 24 hours.
Before any audio recording begins, explicit consent is collected from the patient via an on-screen consent checkbox. No recording occurs without active consent.
Audio recordings are automatically and permanently deleted within 1 day(s) of creation. Transcription text summaries are retained as part of clinic records until the clinic requests deletion.
Patient data — including audio, transcriptions, and chat content — is never used to train AI models. All AI processing uses OpenAI API with data processing agreements that prohibit training on customer data.
Health-related data is classified as special category data under GDPR Article 9. Processing is lawful under Article 9(2)(a) — explicit consent — obtained before each recording session.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is required before using dentavoice with patient data.
